I forgot my password. What should I do now?
You can retrieve your password anytime from our system, using the "Forgot Password" link from the Navigation Menu. You just need to provide the correct email address used during registration process.

I would like to receive daily/weekly emails with jobs from the system matching my resume, what should I do?
You should subscribe to the "Job Email Alert" service, and the system will send you daily or weekly emails with the new jobs posted which are matching your resume. Of course you will need first to post your resume into the system to be able to use this service.
You can always unsubscribe from it, at anytime, going to the same Job Email Alert Section from the Navigation Menu.

I would like to change my resume details, is this possible?
You can change the resume details using the "My Resume" link from the Navigation Menu. After making the necessary changes you can click the Save Button to publish it. There is also a Preview Resume link, which will display your resume the way it's viewed by the employers.

I would like employers to be able to download my word/pdf format resume file, is this possible?
Yes, you just need to upload your resume from your computer into our system using the browse (upload) button of the My Resume link (from the Navigation Menu).

Is AutomotiveJobsOnline.com really Free to post job listings?
Our basic services are FREE to employers because we generate our revenue through premium services and advertising on the site. As an employer or recruiter using the basic services you never have to pay a fee to post jobs or search our resume database.
How can I register as an employer?

No, registration is free for employers. Once you complete the registration form below, you will be able to start using our Basic Free Membership Service immediately. If you choose later on, you can upgrade your Basic Free Membership for additional features that we offer.
Is there a fee if I hire a job seeker from your site?
No, you never have to pay a fee when you hire a job seeker from AutomotiveJobsOnline.com.
Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept All Major Credit Card payments (via Paypal Secure Payment Form)
I need help writing my job listing, what can you do?
We offer ad writing and review services for free when your advertise with us. Just email us your information and we will take it from there.

What is a Featured Job Listing?
A Featured Job Listing is a special job listing that will stand out to job seekers. Each featured job listing will be displayed before all other job listings on top and will be bolded and highlighted in job search results.
How do I Feature my Job Listing?
First you will need to upgrade your Basic Free Membership to our Premium Featured Membeship. After that when you post a job listing there will be an option on the top of the job posting form to feature that job listing. Just click the check box and your job listing will remained featured until it expires or you remove it.

What is the normal expiration period of my posted jobs?
All posted job listings run for 90 days (3 months) unless you cancel them before that.
